Meditation 23

A peaceful drive north

On a road in a dense wood

I begin to think

You found your new home

Amongst the Adirondacks

But you still lack peace

Part of me loves you

The part of me that I hate

Yet it still persists

I wish I could help

I wish I could give you calm

But that time has passed

You must find it now

In the forests and rivers

Outside of yourself
