Another journey

Through the forests of the north

A needed reset

Distance between us

Brings me pain but reminds me

Of the love we share

The trees give me calm

But not quite the same as your

Delicate kisses

The rivers fill me

Though nothing fills my soul like

The sound of your voice

I will return home

Eager to feel your embrace

To bathe in your light
